Really Confused About Zen...

Please i just got 2000zen and now i dont know how to use it what do i do with it... what can i get with it and where can i get it?

    Using the same website where you bought Zen (Charge at top menu of this site), you "TRANSFER" your Zen to your SERVER.

    yes ive done that ive sent 100zen but now i dont understand how to use it where does my zen get transfered? i check my charaters and i dont see anything im sorry if this is a really stupid question but i really want to know what to do with it where can i use the zen and where can i find it in my account...also i saw something called cash shop in website while reading a update and i want to know where i can find it

    For every 100 Zen you transfer to your server that you selected, your account gets 1 CASH SHOP gold on that server.

    Click on the Sun/Smiley under the minimap at the top right of the screen to access the cash shop where you can spend your transfered zen. Your zen will be displayed there in the form of cash shop gold there.
