How Do u Accquire New Skills?

As the title said i'm lvl 10 right now and have no idea how or where to get/lvl up the skills can someone plz tell me? thnx

    talk to ur skill trainer - lets say you're a wizard, you talk to a wizard trainer and same goes for other classes, the trainer of ur class. :) its somewhere in the town .
