Yes this is sillvia yet again posting my pointless ideas because i'm bored. And this is just another idea i made for an last and final class, it may not be the best made but i am still a bit new i'm not as new as i use to be but i am still new. but i do love when people comment on my ideas that i make it makes me happy even if there over done. so please read and post and comment on it if you want to ^^


The Mer's: A new class idea there basically underwater people.

The Mystic's: The Mystic's are the knowledgeable peaceful people of the mer's, They have many unique physical characteristics about them like for example. When in water there legs gain fins for there legs but when on land there get normal human legs aside from that they also lack pupils, and have strange scaly markings on the sides of there face also nears the bottom sides of there knees and lastly they also have them on both sides of there body. There Mystics are know for there fast speeds, and evasion. There speed is probably the highest of any class when on land and in water, But aside from that they also know abit of magic and there magical defense is usually quite good, but sadly they start off with poor mp even though they are decent with magic. They also are quite bad when it comes to accuracy when on land and there critical hit rate is slow. but they do get increased water attacks.

The mystic's are best at using spears, wands, Hammers, and whips.


The Opt's: The Opt's of the mer class are also quite knowledgeable but are more of the tougher class of the mer's, They also like the mystic's have many unique physical characteristics about them like for example. When in water they also legs gain fins for there legs but when on land there get normal human legs, They also like the mystics have strange scaly markings on there body but there abit different they have scales near there hands on both arms, and they have a fin on the back side of their heads. The Opt's have probably the highest evasion in the game but unlike there counter parts the mystics they are much slower on land and they lack speed. There strength is higher then normal and they get abit of a boost on critical hits, They get an increase in water Resistance but have low wood resistance. There hp is always quite high they also get extremely low amounts of magic though and low mp, and there long range attack damage is not that great. and there mp goes up much slower then most, but there hp goes up much faster then the other classes.

The opt's are best at using Spears, Twin axes, Hammers, and Twin swords.

UnderDome: An really huge sized area, filled with tons of mer-people there is no enemies inside of the dome. This place is also a peaceful calm place filled with tons of ancient buildings and artifacts and many houses there is also quite a bit of coral trees inside of the dome area. looking outside of the dome you can see tons of magical water and the most beautiful view out there. Inside the dome there is also alot of fountains and running water areas. The doom is always opened but no water ever goes inside of it do to a magical feild, there are tons of level 1-4 enemies outside of the dome area.

    An Optional Small background story: May not be the greatest though.

    The Mer's: The mers are an underwater tribe, who specialize in knowledge, prayers, and Links. Long ago when the wraiths where destroyed, The mers where created to create balance underneath the sea hidden from the world for thousands of years.
    There a peaceful people who love music and puzzles they can breathe on land and on water. Intill one day the wraiths returned and came to there undersea world and destroyed most of it causing them to flee to the western waters and islands where they discovered other kind of life the humans and the winged elves.

    I really like this idea! We've already got winged elves above, it'd be nice to see some underwater people below. It would layer the world a bit more. However, they would probably have to give every other race a breath timeout bar or something along that line, in order for it to make sense, and have The Mer's breathe water indefinetly. Then of course, if someone wanted to quest in a Mer's area at the bottom of a lake they would need some sort of item to let them last longer, or perhaps the questgivers themselves could use a breathing spell on someone not of their race running errands for them.

    Sorry, rambled a bit there. Still, awesome idea! As much diversity as this game has, it could use a little more.

They also are quite bad when it comes to accuracy when on land and there critical hit rate is high,their attack speed increases in land aswell but their physical defense greatly falls down and since they are being of both magic and physical realms they can dodge magic attacks.Their physical defense are low,they depend on evasion and critcal their weapon damage is low.. but they do both magic damage aswell as physical damage but both less than the base damage of both the realms.

    The mystic's are best at using spears, wands, Hammers, and broadsword[big double handed swords][no class uses broad swords .>..> and double handed swords are tooo thing .. puny ;s.. need better swords.. large broad swords[attack speed .91 hit/sec attack less than all swords but has magical damage aswell, but less than all the other magic weps and is close ranged,str req high and agility/dex req high]

    ps: broadsword can come with the race implementation ;-;

    are the mers magic or sword users?
    the description made them sound like magic users, but the weapons were all melee.
    nice ideas. maby to get them to fit into the map they could be wood instead of water.

    Just a quick edit, which may or may not be good. Please tell me if its better then the one in the first post.



    Mystic's: They are an knowledgeable and peaceful people who love the sea, there favorite things they love to do is play music and sing, they have beautiful voices and there singing is believed to have many magical qualities and keys to many unique treasures.
    They have many unique physical characteristics about them like for example. When in water there legs gain fins for there legs but when on land there get normal human legs aside from that they also lack pupils, and have strange scaly markings on them, like on the sides of there face, near the bottom sides of there knees and lastly on both sides of there body.
    The Mystics are mostly known for there speeds when on land and in water they have the highest speed of all of the races known.
    They're also pretty decent with magic, but some of there magic is quite unique in how it is used. they can conduct some of there magic through small melodies and through musical instruments which can be deadly, helpful, and or many other things. There Strength is quite average but is lower then the other attack classes. which makes them both magic and an attacking class.
    But sadly there magical resistance and there magical attack isn't that good, except for there water resistance/attacks. And even though they are part magic they start off with low mp for the first 15 levels. And also unfortunately for them their accuracy is pretty bad, and they have low critical hit rates. Along with there ranged physical attacks which are also quite bad. Their defense is higher then the winged elves and wizards but it is still low Since they are both a being of both the physical and magical realms. Also because of there high speeds, they are able to even dodge some magical attacks and are able to attack quite fast.


    The mystic's are best at using spears, wands, whips, pestle, and Butterfly Swords. There attack when using whip is quite fast.



    The Opt's: They Opt's the second race of the mers they are also knowledgeable like the mystics but are abit rougher, they perfer the land themselfs so they are mostly found on islands.
    They also like the mystic's have many unique physical characteristics about them like for example. When in water they also legs gain fins for there legs but when on land there get normal human legs, and they also have strange scaly markings on there body but there abit different and located in different areas, they have scales near there hands on both arms, and they have a fin on the back side of their heads.
    The Opt's have probably the highest evasion in the game but unlike there counter parts the mystics they are much slower on land and they lack speed. And there slower in water then the mystics but are faster the the other races. There strength is quite higher then normal and they get agood amount of a boost on there critical hit rates, They have average Physical/Elemental resistances, but they have extremely low metal resistance. There hp get to extremely high levels and goes up pretty fast, but they have extremely low magic attack and awful mp which goes up very slow. And there long range attacks is higher then the mystics but is still quite bad.
    There Accuracy is quite decent and average, and there attack speed is higher for some weapons like the board sword, and hammers.


    The opt's are best at using Spears, Twin axes, Hammers, and Board Swords.

    All interesting ideas, but Perfect World (the world of Pangu) is based off Chinese mythology and history. Well, maybe not so much history.

    In ancient China the country we know was divided into three kingdoms. These divisions are exemplified in the three races available today in Perfect World. A fourth race did eventually factor in (the Mongols) but the equivalent in this game would be the wraiths. In any case, the three kingdoms of china tried to unify to push back the invaders, but because of so much infighting and the sheer numbers of invaders, they just couldn't resist the invaders. The Mongol Invasion was inevitable.

    With this in mind, a 4th race would throw off the tie to Chinese mythology/history. And as interesting as it would be, it's probably not going to happen. It's not a bad idea, just not likely for the story based on the myths.

    I guess the other issue would be, since the game is largely based on flying, how would merfolk figure into this?b:worried

    Im with you on the idea and customizeing some quests to bring the new chariter and roles into play would be cool too
    In life you have two choices ...sit or move
