    Search Quest will give you exact coordinates, assuming you take every quests you get you should be able to find it that way. Obviously the name is a typo in the translation.

    This is a known issue. We have implemented a temporary fix and are working on a more permanent one. In the meantime, you can simply disregard this NPC.
