Hey, ive been trying to buy some zen for the charms that are like 40% off for like almost 2 days now.

Iam level 12 as of right now, ive logged off and logged back in countless times.

Each time i try to buy zen it tells me one of my characters is not above level 10.

Ive sent tickets and iam just losing my mind trying to figure out whats wrong with this.

I have 2 characters a blademaster at level 3, which iam deleteing, and a level 12 archer that iam trying to buy the zen from.

Somebody please explain to me whats wrong?

    I am going crazy trying to figure this out, can somebody please just tell me whats going on?

    huh? so you're going to the website and trying to purchase zen through paypal and it's not working?
