Extending via "PW Boutique Agent"?

In your 'Bank Safe' it states

"You can extend it at any PE Boutique Agent"

Maybe I have to be Level 10 to do this? Because I can't find any option for it.

How to change your portrait from ? to you.
1.) logout, login
2.) on your login picture click "change" (sample)

    To extend your safe storage, you have two options:

    First, you can do a quest to gather items that monsters drop to expand your safe two times.

    After this, you need to use a safe extension stone that you can buy from cash shop or from other players.

    When you have items/stone, just go to banker,take the quest and return it.

    That Boutique agent is for material and clothing parts of safe, those arent in game yet and will be CS items too i think.

    The boutique lady is for extending fashion storage only.

    Can you just extend it with a stone from cash shop or do you have to do the bullsh*t quests first?

    If you use a stone straight off i believe you cant then take the 2 quests which are mob drops.
    So my advice (unless im wrong) is do the 2 quests first then worry about ext stones :)

    Yeah its usually best to do the gathering quests first, but if you got money to spend, you can skip them and just use the stones.
