Unable to connect

I've searched high and low on this board and on google and found no solution to this.

I just installed the game and patched it but I can't login to either server, it says unable to connect after 10 or 20 seconds (it varies). Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

    What are the name of the two server you get?

    Heaven's Tear (PVE) and Lost City (PvP)

    I too am experiencing the same problems with the correct servers. I open up through the desktop icon, it runs through the verification and updating automatically and everything checks out version 9. I press start, a page comes up under notes I think and states page not found, I proceed and enter password and user name. After a 20 second wait it says unable to connect to server. I am in a research study at the moment and using there wireless signal so I wonder if it could be blocked??

    After trying everything I could think of I finally got it to work. I made a new windows user and signed in to that one and it plays just fine. I guess I have a program that isn't compatible running on my normal user, which is weird but at least I can play now.
