Live Support We Need It

man all you other guys ideas are great,but i believe mine is the greatest it makes sense and should b easy 2 do it's called LIVE SUPPORT. yes live support u hav a problem talk to some1 from the perfect wort technical crew they can help you wit technical problems and stuff perfect world staff take this into concderation plzzz 4 the sake of the people having problems wit download extractin installing who don't really get enough help from the forums plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz check it out ;):):D

    Sorry, but that excuse just doesn't cut it anymore. Regardless of the free to play status of the game, they are providing a service - in anticipation of people potentially purchasing ZEN.

    To those people who have spent money supporting this game (or not), they are right to expect some kind of decent service. At the moment it really is sub-par.

    Not only would LIVE service be nice, but 24 HOUR service should be the bare minimum.

    I dunno how much he really knew or was not told, but I talked to GM Shnuggles, and he told me there's at least one active GM on 24/7.

    What they really should do is fix the GM call thing, which doesn't let you edit the text in the box, which makes asking a GM to come to you when you have a problem hard. I asked him to pass that on as well and he said it was in the ToDo list already to have that be editable.

    Talking Live really wouldn't be needed if they'd fix that box. >.<
