Fashion items?

Hello guys...i was just wondering errrr...

how can i get the items needed for fashion? been walking ard but i cant seem to find any clue....

    you mean the cash shop items that you buy with real money?

    oh...sorry i meant the free ones....is there such thing or must it be bought from cash shop 0.o?

    That NPC is only there to dye fashion items.
    Fashion items have to be purchased with real money or for alot of coins from other players.
    If you do not like the color of your fashion item you can dye it at the NPC to make it another color. For this you need pigments (dyes) also purchased from the cash shop or from other players.
