Can't transfer my zen

I bought zen via paypal, and it says I have the zen- I think. My wallet shows the amount of zen I have, but when I click what server and amount to transfer the zen to, it just reloads the page again. Under the 'detail' column it says 'suspended', idk if that has anything to do with it. It's been over an hour since I bought it. How do I transer? Thank you.

    Same thing is happening to me. I purchased the zen, they took the money out of my paypal account but suspended the zen (whatever that means, I looked everywhere). It seems like with the silly over the top price for zen, they would at least get it to you in a timely manner. The thing that really makes me mad is they already took my money. If you are going to suspend a purchase, you do it from both ends. I am thinking of contacting the BBB on this matter.
