Easy Questions To Answer

Hi everybody,
I'm new at this game (I'm really new, I don't have any chars, I'm doing the download right now) and I need to know some things:
1 - Raid Dungeons: when u finish it there's a chance to drop itens ?
2 - What is the max lvl that u can get ?
3 - There's PvP and PvE gears ?
4 - How about the skills ?I know that u want to get a minimum lvl to learn it, but what I do to learn ? There's skill points or I but it ?

    1) Yes, theres a chance to drop 3* items, or a mold
    2) I believe max lvl is 105
    3) I guess if you're really rich to have different sets of gears for different players.. sure
    4) You go to the trainer, which you can locate by clicking on the green arrow to the far right under your radar minimap. (You should be in a big town, either starting town or archosaur) Then scroll down to find your trainer, click it over, and follow the little blue arrow on your map to find.

    4. You need skill points & money in order to get new skills / upgrade the level of your current skills.
