Memory Lost's Lover Lv.25

i got this quest Memory Lost's Lover can someone help me with it pls..
i don't get what i have to do. Do i need to kill werewolf hunters from Broken Bow Bluff (because i did that, but i got nothing) The quest sounds like this:
Memory Lost's Lover - Clues
Try to learn more about Winged Elf Lan's whereabouts from the Werewolf Hunter in Broken Bow Bluff. Look for him to the west of Archosaur.
Collect: Lan's Diary (0/1)

Heaven's Tear

Faction: Skysong Affinity: Fuwa LVL: ascended 160 Server: Shura
Use my Inductor ID: 6140882X060805005004200Z3f3da2 when you create your first character to get an inductee box with plenty nice items!!!

    thx i know that website.. but it didn't help..
    anyway i completed the quest.. i believe it was a bug because only a squad mate could collect it for me.. i killed at least 30 mobs and i didn't get the item and my team mate got it on the second kill :)

    It's not a bug. When you need a monster to drop something, the drops are random. It just takes longer sometimes for it to drop.

    You need to kill Werewolf Hunters till the " Collect: Lan's Diary (0/1)" becomes green and shows " Collect: Lan's Diary (1/1) ".
    I was confused with this quest too.

    1. Speak to Winged Elf Hsi (563, 687) Archosaur, North

    2. Speak to Old Soldier of the Wings (556, 669)
    -Collect Lan's Diary (Drops from Werewolf Hunters located on west side of Broken Bow Bluff, Uncommon drop)

    3. Talk to Winged Elf Hsi (563, 687) Archosaur, North

    4. Speak to the Elder of City of Etherblade (433, 887) Etherblade East District

    5. Speak to Winged Elf Lan (439, 892) Etherblade East District

    6. Speak to Winged Elf Hsi (563, 687) Archosaur, North
    -Recieve Hsi's Sachet

    7. Speak to Winged Elf Lan (439, 892) Etherblade East District

    8. Speak to Winged Elf Hsi (563, 687) Archosaur, North
    -Receive 1 Cloud Flow Hat [Lvl 24]
    -Receive Celestone of Heaven/Human or Celestone Fragment: 1 (random)

    I did it by myself and got it on the third or fourth try. Guess I was lucky.

    Dont be angry but its just luck if you get the lan,, because i get mine at first kill lol...hope thtat you will have more luck

    Yea it says to find , Werewolf Hunter, like its a single person not a mob!!!!

    I emptied out my cash on hand into bank just before I did this quest. When I returned to Young Man Lei to give him Hsi's reply, I did not have the 10,000 he would ask for from me, so the quest could not progress. I too thought it was a glitch or bug cause his flag did not 'yellow' for me. When I sold some stuff, all of a sudden the flag lit up.

    I'm not sure just how "rare" this drop should be but I have attempted to complete this quest several times with and w/out a squad.

    I lost track of werewolf hunter kills after #30. Nothing should make a progression in such a low quest this boring. IMO

    No crax about me being unlucky, people. Just making a slight rant/observation about the chances for this drop. I should be leveling off of the quest xp...not my werewolf kill xp. Just saying.....

    (for the record I've always had PAlenty of cash on the toon to proceed)
