What the... Where did it all go!

I was so happy about this game it was so fun. Then someone told me about FREE ZEN! I was so happy. Then closed bata ended and I was alright everyone restarted now I can mass level up and be the first to get a flying mount and own!! But when I tried to get my free zen it was like you need to be level 10 and also need to be in the closed bata (I was their and I was over level 10). So I thought that you only need to get back to level 10 and you can get back to having your free zen! When I got back to level 10 and I went back to the website for my FREE ZEN it said that I have 0!!! ZEN!!! someone please tell me why I have 0 ZEN!!! and everyone else has free zen and getting free stuff when they didnt be in the closed bata. Some please HELP ME OUT!!! .\ /.

As far as I know the free zen only applied to players level 40 and higher in the closed beta.

Yeah, you receive free zen in open beta if you reached level 40 in the closed beta, not level 10.

yah i know that, but everyone i played with that didnt take out their Zen when closesed bata was out got free Zen. I know they were not no lv 40.
