Targeting Via Keyboard?

Is there any way to be able to target something like closest monster or cycle through them by using the keyboard? I find it hard sometimes to target via clicking, especially if there's a tall or wide pet in front of it or if it's a short monster. :(

    but it's possible to target through pets/players holding one of the function keys..don't remember which one was for what, shift is to target npcs and item through players..not sure if pet works as player in this case
    by order of the inquisition you are NOT allowed to die in my vicinity, ill make sure to that

    Hold down the <shift> key and then click, you can target NPC's or mobs this way :)
