chi?

i was trying to get a skill on my wisard but i cant get the skill it says i need to get 30 chi how do i get chi?

    You gotta do a quest by The Elder. That way, you will go up to the next level, and be able to use it.

    To be more specific, you need to go do your first cultivation quest, marked in gold, to enable Chi on your character, once done, you can earn chi through participating in battle.
