Lost City dead

So the lost city server is crashed. Any way we can fix it soon? Thanks

    Now I can't log back in, says my character is already in the game.

    Now I can log in, but I have NO characters on the character selection screen, and I can't create any new ones either.

    same thing happened to Heaven's Tear Server

    NOW it let's me log in, shows my characters, but when I hit the start button, nothing happens.
