Just a friendly notice that our servers will be shut down temporarily tonight starting at 11 p.m. (PDT) for maintenance. We hope to restore service shortly after midnight or so.

A new patch will also be downloaded to your client the next time you log into the game after September 16. :cool:

    while you're floating around forum, is there any update on the fix needed for cash shop rates of dollar to gold?

    Hopefully the new patch will update the world filter? The honestly bad words are NOT filtered. Want a taste?

    But it still needs some tuning like for example "japan" comes out as "***an". When's the last time anyone actually used that term? The 1940's???

    At least its not as bad as the game I came from where "Bill Gates", "support", "help", "shoe" and other harmless words are censored or phrases like "anyone selling stuff?" just because the first letter of each word can spell out an obscenity :confused:

    i guess they had the prices up high just becuz the game just opened up from Beta, and they are prolly taking advantage of that situation..this is just my thought

    but hopefully it'll change, and more updates will change

    meh~ I got the same idea too.. but I didn't bother posting it cuz it's not likely a valid reason.. Open beta is suppose to attract players/customers not discourage them from playing in the server...

    lol 40% off HP/MP charms for ONLY 2 weeks, wow WTF? Make it permenant, that's ****. Forcing us to buy as much as possible or it'll raise again, sigh =( That's the exact move what Rohan did on forging items.

    This is just their sad attempt to get everyone to buy alo of gold in 2 weeks time and then go back to not making any money again. Their plan will fail when they realize how much more money they will make now JUST because of charms. Then they will wonder how much more they will make if they lower it ALL.. Maybe.. Just maybe they are that smart..

    I think it's faarr to early in the game to be buying zen, but that's just me.

    But what I want fixed is the mine cultivating bug, An hour earlier just outside of west archy I was at the mines and some nice spawns of black ore showed up....only I couldn't get em ;_;

    I had a pickaxe! D:

    Those were quest spawns, not the real mat spawn.

    well those are questspawns, you can only mine them if you have the quest for it from the North-Archosaur Blacksmith

    But to CS prices: Keep the charm prices down, I really hope those 2 weeks are only a testing period.

    thats cause that isn't ore for crafting equipment, thats ore for a specific quest. it can only be picked up when you have the quest.

    LOL That black ore at the mines is for a specific quest..not for materials...you can't harvest it unless you have the quest for it..;) oops sweigh beat me to it

    So what's in the patch? More cash shop smart people don't really buy? 1G = $1 is too much, really. You can make more money selling cheaper than selling at higher prices. Think about it.

    I will use WoW as an exmaple, even though it's not a real life economy.

    I saw Mithril bars on auction house for 50g buyout per stack of 20. I went and mined three stacks, put it up for 35g each. Sold it within an hour's time, while the ones for 50g sat there. I went to mine three more stacks, and sold those the same price within an hour of putting them up.

    Conclusion? You have a higher income if prices are cheaper, because people are more willing to spend money on cheaper things, thus you have a higher total income even though the price is lower. It's really simple math, GMs. Think about it logically, please.

    Oh and the word filter needs work. ****? Since when is that a dirty word? :eek: Some words are not filtered, while others are and make people wonder why.
