PvE vs PvP game content

Well the PVP game content sounds awsome. but ive yet to see anything that relates to PVE content apart from basic partying and spanking monsters. Is there anything to it or just basic tank and spank stuff?

    well i picked PvP server just in case, but couse i like pvp mostly.

    Now afterplaying alitte im think of the same question, what is the diffrence.
