Couple questions...

How is the experience divided in parties, is it whoever does the most damage gets the most exp, or is it divided equally?

I'm lvl 20 and I recently did fb19 with some lvl 30s/40s and I got pretty much no exp the entire time except for the boss. How is exp divided when higher levels are in the party?

And can you buy shout scrolls with rupees or does it have to be from the boutique?
