Single and Duel?

What is the difference between 1 handed blades and duel blades?

    Single handed-blade look better, better hit rates than dual blades, but have the weakest damages among Sword category.

    Dual Blades doesn't have good attack rates, doesn't look good (as far as lvl 34 dual blades) but is the second best type of weapon in damages among Sword category.
