Petition to decrease xp needed

I want to start a petition to decrease the xp needed to reach level 100 (which let you buy the last cool skills).
Now it takes months when playing 24/7 and I say they need to decrease this to 20-25 days max when playing 24/7. When you play 4 hours a day this will be around 120-150 days which is lots more acceptable then it is now (around 3 months when playing 24/7 so 1.5 year at least with 4 hours a day).
This will aslo allow more casual people to play this game with the chance to gain the last cool skills.
Please sign if you agree.

i don't care.
unless dollar to gold rates are fixed i'm leaving this server anyway.0 -
I do NOT agree. If I get to the top level fast, I'll have no more reason to play the game. I'd only be on for TW and nothing else, I don't like that idea.Main characters

Max is lvl 105 which still takes long...and there is also territory wars, normal pvp etc etc etc....and they could increase level with a patch and introduce new skills for like lvl 100-130 whn there are many people that level (this is also used on normal mmorpg's)0 -
It is already easy to lvl in this game compared to most /disagree.
Then again I'm used to FFXI. So I would naturally find this game "easy" to lvl in.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Personally i dont understand ppl who want to reach the cap.
100+ is for people who have A LOT free time.
For me endgame is 80-90.Then you will be just on to do Daily&World quest,Pvp a little and help some lower lv with fb 49 or something.0 -
No, please dont make this game so easy to level that it dosn't matter anymore (like WoW) If you spend weeks and months leveling your character you grow to like it better, and you get better at your class, so I like the mountain of leveling ahead of me0

i dont agree0

That would be lame..It would take the challenge from the game, and people woulde lose interest to fast.

Disagree completely, in fact I suggest raising the exp needed to hit level 100.0

I agree with that, and it makes sense from a Free to Play aspect too, the longer it takes you to level the more money they make....all of these level 60's already is disheartening0 -

Yeah I agree makes me not want to play this actively. It took me about a month at the least to get to lvl 50 in another game I play (FFXI). I was like wtf on second day of OB release people were already lvl 20.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Yeah most asian MMO's I've played (particularly Lineage) the first few levles around 1 - 40 or so were pretty easy, then after that you hit an XP wall, where it takes you like four times the amount of XP it used to take you to level up, it made you want to poor your life into the game to grind out levels (now this can be really bad I know, I used to play 16+hours a day back when I was out of work and wasn't going to school) so that when you saw a level 50+ you always thought "WOW that guy's awesome (and also "WOW that guy has no life!") now you see a level 60 (10 days after open beta release) and go "hmm, guess it isn't too difficult to level in this game"0 -

Yeah thats what makes the game fun if you make it hard. FFXI is not an easy game to play and its pretty difficult to lvl fast. I alaways saw someone lvl 50 and was like OMG! they are leet! lol it was the driving force for me to play that game. It was the reason I lvled so many jobs to 75 cap. People who play FFXI are so proud of what they accomplish in the game that, thats the reason it keeps its popularity after 6 years there are more people than ever still playing including me. It's pve but it tkes so much skill to play it. Thats probably why you dont find very many amateurs playing it. Makes me wish this game was more like it.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Nope, it isn't too difficult. But at the same time, those people that are lvl 60+ already really don't have lives.
By the way, why the hell is my avatar bald?0 -
i agree with this topic you all will see how hard it is to level later on it gets waaay to boring and alot of people will quit the reason lowering the rates would be good is to get to lvl 100 and experience the new skills and such.0

Haha, I find that funny. Another mmo I play is NOTHING but a huge grind. Getting to the max level takes years for the average player yet there are quite a few people that are close or have gotten there already. (I'm 2 levels away myself)
Actually so many people reached level 120 that they increased the level cap by 61but you only get half exp for those extra 61 levels making the grind even LONGER but people have reached the max level yet again. (my character is level 118 so I'm next to the original level cap.)
More and more people get very close to it each day. Needing so much exp won't do what you say it will.Main characters

This game is nothing but a grindfest. You can do all the quests in the world, but its still kill 30 of this or 20 of that. Nothing original at all. I decided long ago I wasnt going to rush leveling in this game because its not a game I intend to play all the time. Im playing PW as a game to have something to do when I have exhausted other things to do. There isnt any really that fun in this game compared to other MMOs. So, changing leveling rates really isnt a huge deal to me.0
-
I also disagree, I think if you make it easy it is pointless and doesn't allow the people who have spent the time and effort to get there to show it off and have something to be proud about.0

This game is only grinding. The questes are 99% of the kill them all (collect quests are even worse in this game since you need to kill to many mobs with the low drop chance) and become realy boring in a while. Lowering the level cap means that evryone has a chance to make lvl 100 and to buy the last skills in a few months and not only hardcore gamers with no life......
If it had the quest system like AoC or Lotro it wasn't a problem cause there are only 20% of the kill them all type. There are also collect quests in those games, but but you have 90%-100% drop chance from mobs or you need to find things like wood or plants (which makes the game fun, cause you need to search and not only kill).
If you need to collect 15 items in Perfect World it could be that you need to kill over 100 mobs and thats bad.
Last time I needed 5 Elemental Fragments which took me over 60 mobs, which is not realy stimulated compairing to the huge time/xp needed to level up.....If they would increase the drop chance for collector quests also to around 90%-100% it would be so much better, since you could deliver quests more often and level faster this way.0 -
Don't complain about the leveling system until you play Gunz for a while. Playing 24/7 will probably take at least a few years to get to 100 even. Or switch to 2Moons, where leveling is all about grinding non stop and you have nothing to help you except dungeons, which still don't help very much.
I would be all for raising the level if nothing else. I didn't even reach 100 and I think its easy to level here.0 -

Its here also about grinding :P0 -
like i said before, maybe have a x4-x10 exp event for like a weekHow to pronounce my name part by part: Reno-who-ya-wad0

I like my mindless hours of grinding for a level. You need to back away from my precious grinding time. Or you can just go play WoW if you don't wanna grind and instead do instances your whole boring, meaningless life.0
-
thats ****..
it needs to be hard to get max lvl, keeps something to work for..
this isnt wow/gw0 -
You're an idiot.
I don't think i need to say anything else but i will anyway, just because the server is down at the moment, 20-25 days playing a game 24/7 to get like virtually top level in the game? Even RuneScape would take longer than that to be highest level and that's a really poor game.
Maybe you should consider leaving the whole MMORPG Genre of games as you obviously have no idea what it's like to play/level in them, they're not the type of game that you get then a couple weeks later you start a new game, it's not a console game.
Sure, you'll get a couple of people that'll agree with you, but they'll probably be the same kind of 12 year old - not unlike yourself, that parents don't let him/her play a game for as long as they like and start whining because they can't compete with the people that like to spend their entire life playing a game... or all of their spare time.
My final thought?
Buy yourself a Wii and a game once a month.
Many thanks.0 -
