    what mob drops it and where can this mob be found?

    the only mob i know of that drop it are the highlands tortise (in the rivers by city of lost). the only problem is that the drop rate totaly sucks. its only like 5% or less... takes forver. it might just be better if you can find someone cheap that is selling. there is some other mob, i think its deer or somethin like that, but their lv 30.

    the anthelope pups just a bit East of stairway of heaven has pretty decent drop rate of hays. lv 30+ recommended though.
