item upgrading and quality?

- what kinda quality items are there? (like blessed etc..)
at beginning levels you will only see two types of items (excluding quest reward items) white names = no enchantment. blue names = random enchantment
- can i create these quality items or only find them?
you can create them but results are random (you will always create your item but the specifics of it are random)
- Can u increase the lvl of equipment?(so u wont have to buy/find new ones while u lvl up)

- what is the max amount of sockets for items?
from what I have been told 2 for weapons 4 for armor
- can i create sockets?
ermmm! at some point you will be able to but it requires a cash shop item and the help of a specific NPC
- what does a star(or multiple) mean next to the name of the item?
in general ... quality of the item a 2 star weapon for instance will have both better damage and higher durability even if white, if blue will have a better chance of stronger and/or mutiple enchantments, as well a 3star weapon will have a blue glow
- what is most important addition to an item for an archer? (evasion, phys resistance, earth res etc.?)
lots of different answers to that, evasion, dex, crit% probably main
- what is the highest quality an item can be?(like blessed..)
you will not get to those till much later ..... there are *special* weapons armors that require *special* crafting process I myself do not know the details

btw: the *special* Items are 'Legendary' and 'Ultimate' and from what I have heard/read they start at craft level 6 or 7 maybe higher that means you are looking at level 40+ at the very least and probably quite a bit higher
