Having downloading troubles..help?

Ok..I have downloaded ze client. When I click run it asks me if I want to re-download.
When I downloaded the bit torrent and it said: 'windows cannot open this file'. It said the same thing with the patcher..

I'm confused..please help.

    What I did is...

    Direct Download[saved in a specific file] > Open the file > Game Client starts to download > search for PWI folder > clicked the icon that says "install" > Extracts > starts installing > double click the game[PWI] > patch starts to download > click start > and their, put up your acc/pass then enjoy the game :).

    I'm not able to download the patch either.
    It gets stuck on the tasks.dat and keeps asking for confimation.
    So I put the Upd.Sets. to auto download without asking.
    Now it sits there and loops. -_-
