Bug with Teleporter!

My problem is that always when I speak to the Teleporter in any city and click on Teleport, the map with the waypoints doesn't open and i get teleported somewhere random. I don't know why this happens(I already checked it multiple times, I didn't clicked twice), but it would be nice if someone could help me, because this costs me a lot of time and also coins :(

    Hi, I think you yet to explore the main city.. seem like the teleport connection is by main city to main city only, if u at the small town by you never been to the major city next to the small town, you might not able to teleport (no line on the map). This is because you yet to explore the main city that connect to the town u wish to teleport form.

    >< That's not what i meant. That wasn't a Noobie question. Of course i opened that stupid waypoints already and i only get to those i could normally choose. It's a bug...
