Other player's level

Is there a way to tell other player's level they are? I know how to look up some one's info but can't see that player's level anywhere...or I'm blinded. help, any one:o

    No, you can only base it off gear. Or party with them, obviously.
    PVE is lame.

    Invite them up in squad/party, you'll see their lvl in the middle left of your screen.
    Pain is the name
    PaS - Being 2nd is not an option
