I don't know exactly what is causing it, but after a while, my game seems to speed itself up and i start to Rubber band all over the place. I've tried to see if it was a file that was corrupted but it still continues to do this. So far the only way i noticed to fix this is to reboot, but constantly rebooting becomes annoying after a while when it becomes once every hour to second hour. Is there anything that can be done to solve this?

got the same problem, and its really annoying..does noone else beside us have this problem?
i can do about 3-4 quests and then i have to restart the pc, restarting the game doesnt help at all, even the login screen is rubber banding (at least u dont have to log in to know thats something not right)
ive thought of ram problems (win xp isnt that great in managing ram), but after that problem appears i can play every other game, even crysis, without problems..so i guess its a programming issue.
    any help?

I've got the problem too. It's not the server issue. I've got friends that play right next to me. It seems to be a hardware issue.

I'm getting annoyed at having to reboot every hour of playing.

    Windows XP Pro 64
    Dual 8800GTX in SLI
    AMD 64 X2 6400+ Black Edition
    8 Gigs OCZ Ram

    If that helps any.

...your computer is way too good for this game, so it's making you quit :)
    PVE is lame.

I have 3 Computers at home, and one of them has the rubber banding issue. I also have one of my guild mates that had this issue as well.

The issue for me, and for my guild mate seemed to be related to the AMD XP 64bit processor and ATI Drivers. When I upgraded my drivers to the latest version, the issue went away, and when my guild mate did the same thing, his issue went away as well.

Both my Intel systems do not have this issue. All 3 of my systems have ATI x1950XT video cards. The Intels are Q6600 and x3320. The AMD System is AMD 3800+ 64bit.

I would recommend downloading the latest video drivers. If you are nVidia, then you may need to downgrade your drivers. I have had that with a few MMO's and nVidia where I had to downgrade a few versions of drivers in order to get the game to run smoothly.
