Where to train!

Im 100% at level 3 and Elder wont let me train to lev 4 tailoring. Could someone tell me where to train next level please.

    I think you need to make a quest for the lvl 4 tailoring skill.
    Yami - Cleric - Heaven's Tear
    Testament - Barbarian - Heaven's Tear

    Hi, I have a question along these lines.

    I'm lvl 23 and cannot gain any XP into lvl 3 of tailoring/smithing. Is there a lvl I need to get to before I can gain xp? I've created some lvl 4 armors, but I did not recieve any xp.

    On the manufacturing screen it says lvl 3 and the xp bar is blank.

    You need to lvl up to 50 then you can talk to the "ELDER" for the next lvl for your cause lvl 4 and up.. yeap you have to lvl to 50 then you can make items that are lvl 4.
