His only saying hello in french hehe, anyway ya the rule is to use english but the thing is and I can say this there actualy people in North america that dont speak, read or even understand english still, specificaly if your from the province of Quebec, I know I from there and I live in a town that if you talk in english you get that weird look from people around you. I do blame them to be being a bit lazy in not learning english properly but when there not forced to use it either... anyway I would loved to see something maybe just a section specific for this small minority to use, Im pretty sure there a few French Quebecois that loved to have there section to chatter in french. If you need a moderator I could offer my service for that specific part even lol.

Having something for them would be nice though, like I said alot dont know english even if they live in North america and its a good way to find each other out. To some english forums is a scary place to come hehe.
