Stream Strike skill help!

Prerequisite skill level to low, what does that mean?

    cant remember perfectly but this means that:
    a) you dont have the skill/level/skill points needed for this skill to be availble
    b)your cultivation level is to low

    it simply means that you're not of a high enough skill level to use that particular skill. level up a bit more and it will be an avaliable option to you from your master.

    from that picture I believe I see your problem :) Stream strike is is on the skill tree downstream from Draw Blood, from the look of your picture you have not yet put any points in draw blood. learn at least one level of Draw blood and stream strike 'should' unlock.

    to open the skill tree press the green arrow on the bottom of the skill list or learn skill list.
    Perhaps the greatest secret to getting along with others lies in learning to respect their opinion(s) even while you disagree with them.

    Hmmmm ... good trick getting to lvl 15 without learning Draw Blood - you should pick up the first level of the fighting skills as soon as you can and use them - they will help win fights more easily - getting the upgrades is probably advised - but you may end up with insufficient spirit to get everything so you'll have to choose, but do get all the early ones ..... and use them !
