Is there a way of see other people's damages?

Ignore beachlover, There is no way to see other people's damages unless they hit you, and the only way to see there level is to join a Faction or Squad with them (Guild or Party) or you can rightclick there portrait and select Player Information, and base it off the gear of the character.
