Scroll II

Anyone know what a "Scroll II" is for? It gives me a Quest and I was just wondering if anyone knew about this already or not, and if it was something worth my time or not. Thanks.

EDIT: I just realised this should probably be in the Quest section, if someone can move it I would appreciate it.

    I read something about this. If you take the scroll 1 and 2 to someone in archosaur they will combine them and give you a quest.
