Spirit Cultivation question

So I've only played PW for maybe two or three days and I went to get more skills at lvl 9, but it says I havent reached the right Spirit Cultivation yet.

I think it said something in tips but I cant remember T_T What does this mean and what must I do to fix it?


EDIT: Nvm..seems I have a quest about it. I didnt realise I had it. But another girl is having the same problem. Hopefully she has the quest. If not how does one get it so I can tell her?

    the message about the quest appears automatically at the relevant level, likewise the quest to meet the NPC to get instructions is automatic. If she is the right level but does not have the quest have her go with you to talk to the NPC and ask her if the NPC has a flag or shield over it. If neither congratulations she has found a bug and will have to either talk to a GM, E-mail support or both to get that fixed

    Any chance of listing the NPCs here - I have been having the same problem - now level 12 - I have no open quests and I can't seem to find an NPC with quests about this - I've picked up a few quests from likely NPCs and fulfilled them since about level 9, but there must be a quest giver I've mssed - I've been all over the locations for my level and class (Blademaster, and I've looked through Etherblade, the Hidden Heros village and the walled stronghold (?) and all the land between them.

    P.S. the one quest I cannot complete is the one to jump onto the bridge over the etherblade gate - I just can't get it - so if that's it I'm a lost cause and may as well move back to another game

    Thank you - good site .

    It is the Taoist Master in Etherblade I was looking for - his quest shield s a different colour (orange) and he had previously told me to go away several times - but clearly once I passed a certain level ( 9 ? ) he was happier to talk to me - even though his shield colour didn't change.

    Well it's all about learning ...
