Press start - run - type in control admintools -> Event Viewer -> go to application. Anything in yellow or red?. Check the system also.

"Hanging application PerfectWorld_Downloader_v3.exe, version 1.0.7.1, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000."

Is what most of em say, any ideas? Once my wireless is back and running might try it on my laptop instead I think.

Nope, sorry don't know what that error actually mean and google is not giving me much either. I would start doing some maintenance.; defrag, registry cleaner, etc.

Not sure why the downloader is even running if you've installed. A reboot should fix that one.

I'd get onto WindowsUpdate.com and make sure you've installed all the security updates, maybe look at the optional hardware/driver updates too. Or get onto your computer manufacturer's website, and download the latest drivers issued for your system.
