u need to use it until the gauge is full green. so when its lvl one u need to craft 10 weapons(since u get 10% each time crafting a weapon) and after that u need to go to an elder and cklick on "learn manufacture skill" then a window will pop up like learning new skills. costs spirit and coins though.
at higher crafting lvls i think u need to do a quest to learn the new one or get a crafting book, but no clue where to get these ^^
btw, when its lvl 2 and u wnt it to become lvl 3 u need to manufacture weapons where u need to use the lvl 2 of the crafting skill! u wont get any crafting exp from manufacturing weapons or armors where u dont need to have lvl 2...........

hmm, I don't think that higher lvls that 0->1 requires any books.

judging from what I remember from PW-MY at intervals you do a quest to gain the next level of a crafting skill and just as with the first level the quest reward is the book you require. Also Blage is correct at level 2 skill you will only get skill gain from level 2 crafting no longer from level 1.

Perhaps the greatest secret to getting along with others lies in learning to respect their opinion(s) even while you disagree with them.
