Reskilling?

Not restating...

If I have chosen spells/skills that I don't like or seem useless, is there a way either through the game or the cash shop to wipe my skills clean and pick again?

I see the option to buy restat scrolls.

    Afradi not your stuck with what you pick for the life of that character.
    Read up beforehand or restart :(

    by end game can you have all skills maxed?

    Since you get SP with every monster you kill and every quest you finish I would imagine you can get an infinite amount of them which will enable you to eventually max every single skill.

    End game you will have skill points coming outa your ears so as long as you have the coinage yes all skills can be maxed
