is the server up yet?

I heard in game that the server will be down for 10min.
but the website says it will be down for 1hr, which is true?

    The server will be down for one hour. It should be back up in 35 minutes as of this posting. :)

    The patch server will be up soon with a new patch. You may pre-load the patch prior to the servers coming up at 12 midnight.

    new patch server is okie now but still cant log in due to i dunno?
