Cannot Create Folder

I downloaded the game and everything checks out ok, but when I go to install the game I get an error message saying.

"Cannot create folder C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International"

Can someone please help me fix this?

    Go to C:\Program Files. If the folder Perfect World Entertainment exist delete and then try installing it again.

    I checked but there was no PW folder.

    I have Vista, would that be a factor?

    nah shouldn't be unless you don't have admin rights. Just make sure you have admin rights.

    Try going to C:\Program Files

    Right click anywhere and make the folder Perfect World Entertainment. Then make another folder inside Perfect World Entertainer called Perfect World International. Now try installing it again.

    If you have vista right click "install.exe" for PWI and click run as administrator. See if that works. If you have vista you have to make sure you run each and every program as admin otherwise it blocks programs from doing what they need to do.
