Does customer service team actually exist?

Emailed them almost 3 days ago about my banned account + IP address. Since then I've been in contact with one of the admins who has basically said he couldn't do anything, emailed cs again with additional info, no reply. Apparently I'm not the only one who's bee incorrectly banned. What is going on with customer services? (or rather the lack thereof...)
I can understand if they're busy or whatever, but some sort of automated acknowledgement wouldn't go amiss.
