can somone please help me, alright u see, i downloaded the game in clicked on it, then i clicked on the server i wanted and start then something popped up in chinesee ( also tell me how to change to english) it had a red x in the cornor and alot of chinesee words. i clicked ok (only choice for it) And it closed the game.

    ummmmm.....wat do u mean?? I have it fully done and i got it downloaded by the downloader. not the torrent.

    Right click on my computer -> Properties -> Under System: tell me what it says.

    I think so but I look through microsoft website and it seems like I found a language pack for Chinese so you won't need it after all.

    Download & Install. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=C2E0C5A2-66FE-4854-BE35-7A5E539A0980&displaylang=en It gonna first ask for validation to make sure your copy of Windows Home is legit.

    I can't say for sure just trying to help people out. Alot of people are having problems getting this game running and I am not exactly sure why. For me, downloaded, install,patch and off I was playing the game.

    1. i went to the website u game me it said no office products detected.....
    2. when u go to the download page for perfect world do u need to go all the way down and download ''patch''?

    Oops that a wrong package. That for office package like microsoft word.

    1. Go to this one http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/downloads/recommended/ime/install.mspx.

    Under Choose a language option. Pick Chinese (Traditional) - with language pack.Notexactly sure which Chinese language this game originated but that the one I would pick.

    2. No, that is the manual patch. You can patch that way but the game will patch itself when you start it up.

    Sorry, I don't know what else to tell you. Looks like you might need your copy of Windows XP Home Cd, though it doesn't really look like language pack problem, but more like it having trouble encoding the characters into text. Perhaps you need to go to your internet options and change some setting but I am not sure what.

    My knowledge on computers is limited and i'm still learning .My suggestion is to go on more computer type discussion forum and see if anyone can help you there.


    Go to techimo.com and create an account there. Make a thread and tell them about your problem but before that make sure to Start the game -> takes a screenshot of it and hit the prit scr It's to the right of F12. Uploaded it to imageshack.us. copy and paste the link there so people can see it.

    I have a feeling it's probably something to do with your display settings/graphics drivers.
