lost mail

I mailed a pickax to my alt. The axe disappeared from my inventory but my alt's mailbox is empty. Is this sending by UPS ground? Or did I miss something about how to use mailbox?

    It takes 1 hour for mail to be recieved.

    if there is an item it takes an hour to arrive

    if there is no items (or just money), the mail is instant

    And what if the mail doesn't arrive after that 1 hour, or 12 hours for that matter?


    ***---Nevermind. Was the 1 minute default safety lock. Btw, is there a way to turn off that feature?

    lol..I was freaking out when I found out that the items I sent in the mail didnt get to the other toon.

    But I can deal with waiting an hour.

    i was concerned about this when i mailed some stuff to my alt and didn't see it show up. i got the '1 hour' reply from a GM, so i thought that was that. it's been 3 days and my stuff hasn't shown up. the mail system in this game sucks.

    it does not takes one hour.

    You could have entered the wrong name.

    It does take 1 hour if there is an item. If there is no item it's instant.

    As noted, there's a one hour delay for non-coin item transactions.

    I have sent like 4 items to my alt which i paid for using GOLD.

    I have no recieved them and i would like to know where they are.

    I know this is an old thread but no point starting a new one if this has already been asked.

    I spent over 15 gold on these items and i would like them back please.
