Yeah suggestion for spells also a question for GM's

Well when I cast a spell um like the rock fall or w/e you call it as soon as the spell is finished and is "cast" the monster comes running towards me before the big rock falls on it is there anyway to better time this I bet there are far more spells that this happen.


Also gm this is a serious question for you how much of the game can you possibly change?Like can you add new citys or can you change characters to better fit the game.Firstly my only issue with the characters is with the untamed the fact that if your character has a wolf head why does he turn into a tiger.It is very easy to change this and as you can see many people are already requesting this

    I am going to answer both questions for you.

    If you saw a big rock was about to fall on your head, wouldn't you start running too? In answer to your question: No. You cannot time any skills better, the mobs will start running at you early no matter what. However this is not the case for all skills.

    As for what the GM's can change in game the answer is: Nothing. Perfect World Entertainment is a subsidiary company of the maker of Perfect World, in Beijing. Beijing is where all of our patches, new game content and game fixes come from. Meaning that any suggestions, bug reports etc you make must go to the office in China before they are either accepted/rejected or fixed.

    Sahrai is pretty much correct. To illustrate further what the GM's can and can't do, here's two quotes from a GM on the PW-MY forum:

    Sometimes when you modify your apparence then do a restore to go back on previous one , your character become all pale with greenish mutlicolor hairs. Only solution is to reload previous saved apparence

    That is correct. Cubinet Interactive does the translations and sends the translated data back to China for China to create the patch. We can edit the string in the PCK files and upload the changed file like the way fans used to do it when they used to play on the PW-MY-CN servers. The file however is much larger than the .cub files produced by China AND once a player hits 'verify' the file will get overwritten with the old data.

    China is the one that controls the server so it is still best to let them update the game. It is frustrating but that is how it is. Some issues like the mobs that speak in Chinese still have not been changed to this day (nor the AH that was working fine during closed beta but was broken with patch 12) along with the intro message once the client is launched. (Supposed to link to one of our web pages, but instead produces the "Error page not found." This was changed for those who got the PerfectWorld_ENG_FullClientv131_13.exe installer from MMOSITE, but reverts to the old "Error page not found." once you hit VERIFY. )

    As to the transfigure error you reported, I cannot reproduce the results.

    "Live Chat" runs off freeware and does not like the bad connection we have at the office. (I have a suspicion most stuff does not like the bad connection at the office) so it is possible that the line was down at that time. I just tried the Live Chat and it worked fine.

    As for the filled up support@cubinet.com e-mail, it was flooded for a few days with players providing screenshot and video 'proof' of Immortal/Legacy damage/invincibility/jump/wall hacks. With a little Espada/Black/Warlord/[P]erish/EvilSouls for good measure. The support@cubinet.com and support@perfectworl.com.my e-mails should be working now.

    As for Q-World being grindy... I do agree that quests you get to kill 999 or 9,999 or even 99,999 of Mob X is quite... well... grindy. Which of course is why the game has a built in bot. (Which you buy from the Item Mall - not currently available in Q-World.)
