I was banned right after I finished a FB19 for no reason. I sent an inquiry to customer service and the following is the feed back:

Hello,

The reason you were banned was because you modified your character in an inappropriate way. Please create a new character if you wish to continue playing.

Customer Service

I did not try any form to change or modified my charactor. I am always a royal game player and have never used any add on or cheat in game. I am not sure how the GMs have this idea that I modified my charactor. All I did was joined a party, did the FB, then left party and was auto sent back to town. then i was banned. I am being accused doing something I did not do. I was a CB player and was going to continue play this game. But being treated like a criminal I am no longer think this game is worth to play any more. I am asking GMs or anyone else who has the power look into my issue again and give me and other players in this game a fair environment to play.

    Bummer, unfortunately for you... customer service is just not that helpful when dealing with situations such as this.

    Only thing I can suggest is send screenshots of your character with your next reply... and try and argue your case as best you possibly can.

    Did someone els reportj you with SS of your character? chances are they did and that is the reason you where banned.
    But its better for you to keep the 'banned" discussion to customerservice@perfectworldmc.com b/c i doubt any gm or admin will reply to you on here concerning individual accounts that would violate the ToS and confidentiality.
