Possible bug? ATTN: GM

I was told by an in-game GM(Bearclaw) to post here:

I did "Call of Duty" aka fb19 for elves today, there are 2 quests, one from elder and one from the pillar in the cave that you should take. The one from elder gives you a pretty good weapon for killing the fb19 boss, while the pillar gives you a crystal to upgrade whatever you want. I had a couple of ppl helping me, and i was leader, used my item to get the pillar quest. We ram through the instance pretty quickly as we have a lv40+, I check and made sure I got every quest item that i needed, we killed the boss, elder quest done, pillar quest done, but NO crystal! Then i asked my guildmates and they said they received the crystal after they finished the quest in CB, so there shouldnt be any changes to the quest. I asked for a GM afterwards and he told me to post here, and here it is.

O and my inventory was not full (not even close).

Could a GM please tell me what happened?

    You never get blood item while doing your own FB. Only those helping the tablet holder get it. This is no bug ^^

    Those "Crystals" are trash. They don't upgrade anything. They are just used to make horrible equipts.
