why am i banned?

Not sure it happens to everyone here. I just finished FB19 with a party. right after I auto tele back to town, then I got banned. Please, someone helps me..

    Ouch, this sucks man.

    Hopefully you can get an answer and unbanned.

    Join the club. My account & IP were banned because my IP address was apparently associated with "notorious gold farming/botting". Been playing since CB without any problems then suddenly couldn't log in any more. No reply from customer services, presumably because it's the weekend :rolleyes:; one of the admins kindly looked into the issue only to say he's unlikely to be able to do anything unless I get a different IP address. Hooray for static...

    Seriously have no clue how PWE decides what's a bot and what's not; and browsing the forums it appears quite a few people have been hit with random banning without any warning whatsoever. I most certainly do not feel like nor would get any enjoyment out of a gold farming bot.

    Perhaps PWE is too preoccupied right now with zen pricing to care about anything else - unsurprisingly so considering a significant portion of their player base are on the verge of seeking greener pastures. Who knows?

    Well that's bad man, this is supposed to be open to everyone :/ I haven't been banned like you unfortunate folks but that's besides the point, I mean the admin's have control of everything and they can't simply take people off the ban list? :S Hopefully they would have sorted this problem out before too long otherwise they are going to loose half their players XD and that means no one to buy Zen from them lol!

    They will not tell you on the forums why you are banned.
    You should email them at customerservice@perfectworldinc.com. And don't forget to provide your login ID, server and character name.

    This game and who is behind it starts to smell more & more of Archlord & CM!

    They did the same things to their player base.
