Disappearing Quests?

I've noticed this for a while, but I thought it was just me completing the quests. Yesterday, before I exited the game, I had purposely left a completed quest that I didn't turn in yet. When I logged in today, it was gone.............So I couldn't collect my reward -_-...Bug?

    Is it possible that the quest had a time limit? Many of them must be completed in a specific time or they count as failed. If that happens, you should be able to return to the NPC and get the quest again.

    Time doesn't run out when you're logged out. Tested it myself

    Yea...that one didn't have a time limit...I always check for that O.o
