Customer service response time?

Tried to log in numerous times last night, and kept getting a username/password incorrect message. Then I looked at my account online and got the following message "You appear to be connecting from a region that is either outside of our licensed area or one that is banned. Unfortunately, for those outside of our licensed area, we cannot provide service to you, as a separate publisher has full rights to your domain." I then logged into my account using a PC on a different network and got a message saying my account had been banned.

Have been playing CB and OB with no problems until now, and I live in the UK so - afaik - there's no IP ban for the country. The only thing I can think of is I've created more than 1 account during CB (to see which items in cash shop were worth getting) but I read through ToS and couldn't find anything which stated one account per person, only that you cannot account share. Emailed customer services almost a day ago but no response. Any ideas when I'll receive a reply?

    the majority of the us-based cs staff is resting right now, but why do you pm me the account you are talking about.

    errrr... i have the same story but... ive been banned two times.. last sept 4 and today.. i am from newjersey,USA.. the 1st time i emailed the customer support, and waited the whole day and get a response that ive been unbanned.. but today.. again?? waah.. i woke up this morning knowing that my account is banned again.. i really dont know why you keep banning people without any reason.. this is bad for your company.. i hope someone out there can help me.. i emailed again the customer support.. but until now, there is no response..

    my username is harpies.. i miss my free time to play.. eerr.. you always ban me if i have time to play.. :(

    also i receive the same error message as you got.. but err im from usa..

    I agree there should be some automated system emailing those who've been banned with a brief explanation. Not too difficult to implement and would save a lot hassle imo.
