can not get in the game

"unable to connect to server" message

after click start. there was a screen loading up, nice picture but when I enter account ID and password, I got above message

there was another message before this:
Action : page not found

any suggestions?

    same here. Just started this morning. My daughters comp gives same message as mine for both accounts.

    ok, may be a fluke, but try this. I clicked safe log at login screen, and it let me in no problem. Had my daughter try and she connected immediatly as well. Let me know it this works for you. I tried to just login for an hour before I tried this.

    I just joined this morning and I can't even see were to go to get into the world to play but itdoes say I'm logged in.
    can anyone help me?

    but it might have to do with the boss event and the server putting everyone in evasion status and no one can click on anything?? not sure what is happening

    tried "safe mode" still can not get in.-- connection failed..

    internet connection is fine. I can log in the website.

    By the way, are we using the same ID for website and client account?

    i have another problem: when i click on my gameshortcut i cannot do anything. The only things i can do are settings,updsets, account, webside, support, community and exit. under the two update lines there is typed "Connecting to server..." but anything more happens. i waited 3 hours but nothing happened. On the right side in the window there only is a white square. what should i do?

    I have tried to get in, notice that the servers on the shortcut area are red, click on the link and it doesn't do anything. I don't see a safe mode start up...

    The same thing is happening to me. I installed last night, and I was able to get in. But I have been trying to get in to play today and I get the same message even in safe mode. It's getting rather frustrating.

    same for meh not even safe mode does anything
