Latvia Banned????

hello i have some friends who started playing with me. they are from Latvia. the play CB fine and now the play OB for 1 day and now today they cant play because they are benned???

why is latvia banned from international PW???
and also
if its a mistake how do they get to play?? because they cant even log onto forum because ip is banned.and infact account is banned.

why????

    Latvia is not banned from PWI. Please have them e-mail customerservice@perfectworldinc.com

    They can either lift the ban if it was unjustly placed, or tell them why they were banned.

    ok i will tell them.
    its just upsetting for them because they play all of OB and from start ofCB and then today BOOM banned. and accounts banned

    I am playing from Latvia and have no problems with connection. So there must be another explanation for your troubles.

    And where we can see a list of the IP classes which are banned?
