A problem downloading....

After waiting for about an hour and 40 minutes the downloading finished. Then it went to this new menu and it said extract files, so I clicked ok then it finished. The game never came up and there wasn't an icon showing the game either. What happened?

    It extracted an installer to C:/Users/<your name>/Documents/Downloads

    So does that mean that I shouldn't have done that?
